Let each office division rewrite a Christmas carol. Give each team a Christmas carol, an office scenario and the name of a co-worker. The Reindeer Party Game

This may be one of the group party games that poor Rudolph got left out of. Divide office workers into teams. Give each team several deflated party balloons and a pair of panty hose. Office teams compete to see which one can blow up the balloons and stuff them inside the panty hose to make reindeer antlers fastest.
